We were established 2004 and are now the leading company nationally in providing full service email marketing.

We are based in Scarborough, yet work with some amazing national and global brands such as Microsoft, Virgin Media, John Lewis, IBM, Nike, Jaguar and Game.

We employ 25 people and are planning to keep growing as we continue to push boundaries in the products and services we develop and offer.

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Sales team as a Sales Account Manager. You will be motivated, driven and keen to learn in an environment where no 2 orders are ever the same.

You will be keen to understand our products inside out to be able to offer the best solution to our clients, and you will want to build long term relationships with our customers.

Our Sales Team work together to support each other and offer advice in pre-sale, sales and after sales together.

You will work closely across all departments including Marketing, Campaigns and Data to help you to achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Summary of the Role

  • Nurture and close warm leads generated by our excellent marketing team
  • Generate your own leads using various tools including LinkedIn, Email Marketing and Cold calling
  • Match the client to the appropriate products and create and present data proposals
  • Reach monthly individual and company sales targets to achieve your billing for the year.
  • Manage a busy client pipeline ensuring to follow up with leads within appropriate time frames
  • Monitor customer jobs though various stages to completion Recording information in our CRM system.
  • Maintain an individual development plan with ongoing training.
