# The order is not ready

`order-not-ready` is returned with HTTP status 409. Its type URI is `https://emailmovers.com/mydatahub/docs/errors/order-not-ready`.

## What it means

Records, downloads and the receipt wait for the order to reach status ready. The same problem is returned once the licence has ended, with the date.

## What to do

Wait for the order.ready webhook, or poll GET /v1/orders/{id} until status is ready.
