`quote-required` is returned with HTTP status 422. Its type URI is `https://emailmovers.com/mydatahub/docs/errors/quote-required`.

## What it means

create_order and POST /v1/orders need a live machine quote_id. It is also returned when a quote was already settled in the other mode, test or live.

## What to do

Call quote_order first; a machine quote is valid for 24 hours.
