About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Sales team as a Sales Account Manager. You will be motivated, driven and keen to learn in an environment where no 2 orders are ever the same.

You will be keen to understand our products inside out to be able to offer the best solution to our clients, building long term relationships with our customers.

Our Sales Team work together to support each other and offer advice in pre-sale, sales and after-sales together.

You will work closely across all departments including Marketing, Campaigns and Data to help you to achieve your monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Summary of the Role

  • Nurture and close warm leads generated by our excellent marketing team
  • Generate your own leads using various tools including LinkedIn, Email Marketing and Cold calling
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Manage a busy client pipeline ensuring to follow up with leads within appropriate time frames
  • Monitor customer jobs through various stages to completion - recording information in our CRM system.
  • Maintain an individual development plan with ongoing training.

We are looking for someone who already has some experience in sales, and has the patience to master an ever changing industry - where no two days and no two orders are the same.

Essential:

  • Sales experience
  • Confident on a telephone and on video calls - both internally and externally
  • Be able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative
  • Cold calling
  • Be willing to learn new skills
  • Be excellent at building client relationships
  • Comfortable with reaching and exceeding sales targets

Desirable:

  • Experience in Email or Digital Marketing
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM
  • Understanding of GDPR

What you'll get:

  • £25,000 basic salary + commission - with OTE £45,000
