MyDataHub by Emailmovers is the UK B2B count engine. Pick a job level, an industry and a place, see the live count and the price in GBP, then order.
MyDataHub by Emailmovers is the UK B2B count engine. It holds 1,605,275 named business contacts at active UK companies (as of 26 September 2026), owned by Emailmovers Ltd. MyDataHub opens on premium records: an active company, a LinkedIn profile and contact validation within the last 12 months. Everything else is one toggle away, and the full figure always shows beside the premium one.
Counting is free and needs no account. One credit buys one record, and you buy credits in GBP, ex VAT: 25p a record up to 9,999 records, 22p from 10,000, 19.5p from 25,000 and 17p from 50,000, with no minimum order, or £1,249 once for a credit pack of 40,000 credits (3.1p a credit), and a quote leads with the cheapest purchase. People use the app, and agents use the same counts through the REST API and a 22-tool MCP server.

How many contacts can you reach?
MyDataHub holds 1,605,275 named business emails at active UK companies, and 1,277,443 of them are at manager level or above, both counted on 26 September 2026.
A named email belongs to a person, such as a work address with their name in it, not a role address such as info@. Role addresses stay out of the default count and are one toggle away.
| Step | Filter added to the step above | Contacts, 26 September 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Contacts at active companies | Company status is active | 9,028,587 |
| 2. With an email | Has an email | 1,660,190 |
| 3. With a named email | Email type is a named person, not info@ | 1,605,275 |
| 4. Manager level and above | Job level is Manager or above (Owner, Partner, CxO, Chair, VP, Director, Senior manager, Manager) | 1,277,443 |
Each filter is added to the one above it. Counted through MyDataHub on 26 September 2026.
The default count starts at active companies and named emails. Dissolved companies, role addresses and individual subscribers each have their own toggle with their own count, so you see what a default removes.
How does a count work?
- Describe who you want. Type a brief such as "finance directors at accountancy firms in Scotland", or set filters. Each phrase becomes a visible chip, and nothing is resolved silently.
- Read the count. You see Total and Emailable, plus New to you once you are signed in, with breakdowns by seniority, industry, region, employee band, email type and verification age.
- Check a sample. A masked sample of 10 rows shows each record's title and company and why it matches. Contact details appear only after you order, and no sample is shown when the count is under 25.
- Get a quote, then order. The quote lists records, credits per record, licence and total ex VAT. Delivery at launch is by CSV, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce or Deliverite.
What does it cost?
One credit buys one complete UK record. A count, breakdown, masked sample or machine quote costs nothing.
| Records in one purchase | Per record | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Under 3,000, no minimum order | 25p | Current |
| 3,000 to 9,999 | 25p | Current |
| 10,000 to 24,999 | 22p | Current |
| 25,000 to 49,999 | 19.5p | Current |
| 50,000 and over | 17p | Current |
The size of a purchase picks one band, and every record in it is at that band's rate. From 4,997 records the credit pack below costs less, so a quote leads with it.
| Plan | Price ex VAT | Credits | Per credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit pack 40,000 Everyone, bought once | £1,249 once | 40,000 | 3.1p |
| Subscription New customers, 12-month contract | £500 a month | 2,000 a month | 25p |
Per credit is the price divided by the credits when every credit is used.
Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. A Changes add-on is proposed but not yet on sale. The pricing page shows them, labelled as proposed.
Failed lookups, duplicates, suppressed records and records you already hold cost 0 credits. There are no seats, and credit pack credits never expire.
What is in a record?
A record carries a named email, a telephone number where one is held, a postal address and company fields, including the Companies House number and the SIC code. Every field set costs 1 credit a record.
Each record also carries its evidence: lawful basis, subscriber class, Article 14 notice status, its TPS and CTPS status and the source of each field. The trust page sets out how that answers the ICO's seven due diligence areas, in our words.
Which filters can you use?
Every filter is free to use, and every filter shows the count it leaves. How we count explains title expansion, the 13 job levels and how places and radius searches work.
| Group | What you can set | Where it comes from |
|---|---|---|
| Job title | Keywords with title expansion, an exact title list, job function (about 25 departments) and seniority across 13 ranks, with an and-above option | Canonical title table, normalised from 782,741 raw job title strings |
| Industry | SIC 2007 section, division, group or class, and 2,163 business classes | Companies House, and Emailmovers research mapped to SIC |
| Company size | 13 employee bands (1 to 5 up to 10,000 or more), 17 turnover bands, 7 fleet bands | Emailmovers research; fleet bands from Traffic Commissioners operator licences |
| Company type and status | 44 company types plus non-registered classes, and 20 statuses (active by default) | Companies House daily stream |
| Place | Region, county, town, postcode (area, district, sector or full), 33 London boroughs, Yorkshire, and a radius of 1 to 100 miles | ONS Postcode Directory (OGL v3.0) |
| Email type (named by default), deliverability score, how recently it was verified | Verification pipeline and Deliverite feedback | |
| Telephone | Has a telephone, and TPS and CTPS status (registered numbers left out by default) | Line type check; TPS and CTPS screening each night through a licensed screening service based in the UK |
| Company signals | Incorporated within N days, name changed, registered office moved, SIC changed, charge created, accounts overdue, confirmation statement overdue | Companies House streams, free on every plan |

How is it different from Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha and Cognism?
Those four sell 240 million to 500 million global contacts with the UK as one market among many. MyDataHub is UK only, owned by us and priced per record. Figures below were read from each vendor's pages on 26 September 2026.

How do agents use MyDataHub?
Agents get the same counts, quotes and prices as people. The MCP server at mydatahub.emailmovers.com/mcp has 22 tools, and the REST API at mydatahub.emailmovers.com/v1 uses a dated MyDataHub-Version header.
Counts, samples and machine quotes need no account. Spending needs a quote_id plus a human's confirmation. A confirmation flag set by the model is never consent.
Read the agent guide or see the API.
What does the law say?
People at companies, LLPs, Scottish partnerships and public bodies can be emailed without consent under PECR regulation 22. Sole traders and ordinary partnerships cannot, so email audiences leave them out by default.
Our lawful basis for named work emails is UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests. Emailmovers Ltd is registered with the ICO (Z9714386). Read the plain English guide for the full position.
What is MyDataHub not for?
- Consumer data: MyDataHub holds business contacts only.
- Reselling raw data: standard licences prohibit resale, and reseller terms are negotiated separately.
- Emailing sole traders or ordinary partnerships without consent.
- Intent, technographic or LinkedIn-derived data, which we never resell.
- Non-UK coverage: version 2.0 launches UK only.
