Important Customer Update – Emailinspector Online

We are announcing the retirement of the Online Emailinspector cleansing tool next month.

Emailinspector is the email cleansing service, offered by Emailmovers. There are 3 parts to the service, Online, Managed and API. Whilst Emailmovers will still continue to offer Managed Cleansing (handled in-house), we will no longer be able to support the Self Service tool. 

We are inviting users to try Emailable as an alternative solution. Emailable is an enhanced solution that offers more information regarding your lists for improved deliverability. Lists can be uploaded and cleansed in the same way and works on credits. From as little as £30 for 5,000 credits.

As a customer of Emailmovers, if you join Emailable you will be offered 250 credits for free to test out this solution to see if it suits your email list cleansing needs. Claim your credits here

The current Emailinspector Online tool will be retired on 31st August 2022. 

As stated above, the retirement of the Self Service tool does not affect our other Email Cleansing services. Information about our Managed Email Cleansing Service can be found here.
