Transparent B2B data pricing
25p a record, down to 17p from 50,000 records, with no minimum order. Counting is free, one credit buys one complete UK record, and a credit pack of 40,000 credits is £1,249 (3.1p a credit).
MyDataHub by Emailmovers sells credits at one per-contact scale: 25p a record up to 9,999 records, 22p from 10,000, 19.5p from 25,000 and 17p from 50,000, and the size of a purchase picks the rate for all of it. A credit pack of 40,000 credits is £1,249 (3.1p a credit, bought as one purchase), which costs less than the scale from 4,997 records, and a quote always leads with the cheapest purchase. New customers can also subscribe at £500 a month on a 12-month contract for 2,000 records a month, set up by our team and invoiced. All prices exclude VAT.
Counts, breakdowns, masked samples and machine quotes are free with no account. Failed lookups, duplicates, suppressed records and records you already hold cost nothing. Sign up with a work email address and your company gets 100 free credits once, with no card.
What are the seven promises?
The pricing page opens with seven plain statements. Each answers a grievance buyers report about other vendors, such as 60-day notice clauses, credits lost on cancellation and 8 credits for a telephone number.
The prices, in force from 13 October 2026, and the 100 free credits are confirmed. The seven promises are the terms MyDataHub v2 launches with, so each carries its status: on launch means it applies when v2 ships, and to confirm means we are still checking it.
| Promise | In practice | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Looking is free forever | Filters, title expansion, location resolution, counts, breakdowns, masked samples (10 rows in the app, up to 25 by API), machine quotes, plans, datasets and trust documents need no account or card. | On launch |
| One credit, one record | One credit buys one complete UK record (named email, telephone where held, postal address, company fields with the Companies House number and SIC) delivered once. | On launch |
| Same price everywhere | No API, telephone, export or enrichment surcharge. Every field set costs 1 credit a record. | On launch |
| No seats | Unlimited users and API keys per organisation. Only usage moves the bill. | On launch |
| No expiry on credit packs | Credit pack credits never expire and survive cancellation. The subscription's 2,000 records a month are used or lost each month. | On launch |
| Renewal stated up front | Credit packs and purchases at the scale are single purchases with nothing to renew. The 12-month subscription renews for another 12 months unless you or we give written notice at least 30 days before the end, and we email the renewal price at least 60 days before the end. | On launch |
| Never pay twice | Re-downloads under licence, duplicates, suppressed records, records you already hold and failed lookups cost 0. | On launch |
What does a record cost?
25p a record for a small list, falling to 17p from 50,000 records. One credit buys one record at the rate of the band your purchase falls in, and there is no minimum order. Beside the scale, two things are on sale: the credit pack of 40,000 credits to everyone, and the subscription to new customers.
| Records in one purchase | Per record | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Under 3,000, no minimum order | 25p | Current |
| 3,000 to 9,999 | 25p | Current |
| 10,000 to 24,999 | 22p | Current |
| 25,000 to 49,999 | 19.5p | Current |
| 50,000 and over | 17p | Current |
The size of a purchase picks one band, and every record in it is at that band's rate. From 4,997 records the credit pack below costs less, so a quote leads with it.
| Plan | Price ex VAT | Credits | Per credit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit pack 40,000 Everyone, bought once | £1,249 once | 40,000 | 3.1p |
| Subscription New customers, 12-month contract | £500 a month | 2,000 a month | 25p |
Per credit is the price divided by the credits when every credit is used.
The free allowance is 100 credits once per company, for an account with a work email address, with no card, and they never expire. The subscription is £6,000 a year for 2,000 records a month. Each month's records are used or lost, and records beyond them cost the cheapest purchase.
To subscribe, talk to us. Call 01723 800030 or send us a message, and we set up the subscription and invoice it. The price is the same.
Existing customers keep their prices on pay as you go (£299 a month for 1,000 credits) and the 12-month plan (£249 a month), which are no longer sold to new customers.
| Product | Price ex VAT | What it adds | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Changes add-on | £49 a month, or £149 for Changes Pro | 10 or 50 audience subscriptions and signal webhooks | Proposed |
What does one credit buy?
One credit is one complete UK record delivered once. The same credit buys the same record in the app, the API and the MCP server, and every field set costs 1 credit a record.
| Action | Credits | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Count, breakdown, masked sample, machine quote, filter catalogue, title expansion | 0 | Current |
| Full UK contact record delivered, any channel or field set | 1 | Current |
| Company-only record (no named contact) | 0.1 | Proposed |
| Contact enrichment (enrich_contact), match found | 1 (0 if already licensed) | Current |
| Company lookup (lookup_company), no contact details | 0 | To be confirmed |
| Failed lookup, duplicate, suppressed record, record you already hold (the pre-order overlap check) | 0 | Current |
| Re-download of a record under licence, verification re-check | 0 | Current |
| Outright ownership | 1.8 per record | Proposed |
How much will my list cost?
A list needs one credit for each record. You can buy exactly the credits you need at the scale, or a credit pack of 40,000, and you pay for whichever costs less. A count tells you the records, and a machine quote itemises the sum, valid for 24 hours.
The credit pack costs £1,249 as one purchase of 40,000 credits, which is 3.1p a credit when you use all of it. It costs less than the scale from 4,997 records, and credit pack credits never expire, so a credit pack you part-use still holds the rest. Above 40,000 records the cheapest purchase is whole credit packs, or credit packs with the rest at the scale.
How do licences work?
Every self-serve delivery is a 12-month multi-use licence. You can push the record to a CRM, download it again or refresh it free until the licence ends.
When it ends, the record stays in your systems, your CRM property flags it, refreshes stop, and re-ordering costs 1 credit. Outright ownership is proposed at 1.8 credits a record, with no expiry and no refresh entitlement.
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| licence_type | multi_use_12m on every plan and credit pack; outright at 1.8 credits a record (proposed) |
| permitted_channels | email, telephone, post |
| reuse_until | Order date plus 12 months; null for outright |
| resale_prohibited | true on standard terms |
| terms_version | 1.0, with the Data Licence and Sharing Agreement accepted by click at checkout |
A day-180 refresh at 0 credits for changed titles, emails and company status is proposed for every licensed order.
What are the guarantee and the refund terms?
Today's policy replaces the affected records when hard bounces exceed 10 percent of an order. Evidence is a Deliverite send, a bounce log matched by email hash, or the built-in recheck.
A stricter policy is proposed and is not current. It would replace or re-credit any hard bounce within 30 days automatically, exclude catch-all addresses unless you opt in and cap the automatic payout at 10 percent of an order.
Credits and credit packs are not refundable once bought, except where the law requires. Existing customers keep what their signed agreement says until it renews.
How do agents pay?
Agents spend the same credits at the same price. A paid action needs a quote_id from quote_order plus a human's confirmation, and a confirmation flag set by the model is never consent.
When a balance is short, the order returns 402 insufficient-credits with the quote and a Stripe Checkout link on mydatahub.emailmovers.com. Money never moves inside a Claude connector or ChatGPT app: credits are deducted in the tool, and top-ups happen on our own domain.
Budgeted agent keys, which let a human pre-authorise spending up to a monthly limit, are planned for phase 2 (February to May 2027). The agent guide has the details.
What about agencies and resellers?
An agency buys at the same scale and credit pack as anyone, with no seats. Reseller and OEM terms are negotiated, because standard terms prohibit resale of raw data and embedding it in another product.
What does the bespoke service cost?
Bespoke lists buy service, not different data. You get a human sales quote valid for 14 days, an account manager, a consultative brief, research beyond the database, a hand-validated sample of 10, CRM suppression and managed sends at £250 each. The records are priced on the same per-contact scale as the app, the API and the MCP server, 25p a record down to 17p from 50,000, on a 12-month multi-use licence, with no minimum order. Outright ownership is proposed at 1.8 credits a record.
How do the prices compare with other providers?
The table gives each global vendor's own pricing model, read from its pricing page on 26 September 2026. Prices are in each vendor's own currency and exclude VAT, and an entry marked estimate comes from a third party.
| Vendor | Model | Entry price | Per full record | Renewal |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Apollo | Seats plus credits, USD | Basic $49 per seat per month billed annually; Free 900 credits a year | About $0.18 per full record (email 1 credit, phone 8) | Non-cancellable term, 30 days written notice |
| ZoomInfo | Seats plus bulk credits, annual only | Professional $15,000 to $18,000 a year (estimate) | About $3 per record (estimate) | Auto-renewal with 60 days notice |
| Lusha | Seats plus credits, USD | Starter $49.90 a month (400 credits), or $37.45 a month annual | About $0.56 per full record (phone 5 credits) | Auto-renewal; credits forfeited on cancellation (reviews) |
| Cognism | Platform fee plus credits, 5 seats bundled | About £22,500 a year for 5 users (reported) (Landbase) | 1 credit per revealed contact, phone included; price hidden | Annual; auto-renew clause is a recurring complaint |
| MyDataHub, v2 at launch | Credits, GBP, no seats | 25p a record with no minimum order; 100 free credits once per company | 25p down to 17p a record on the per-contact scale, or 3.1p a credit with the £1,249 credit pack of 40,000 credits. Phone and postal fields are included | Single purchases at the scale or by credit pack; the subscription is a 12-month contract that renews unless either side gives 30 days' notice |
Among UK providers, Buy UK Data publishes prices from 8p a contact, Data HQ £180 to £380 per 1,000 and RD Marketing £295 to £170 per 1,000 by volume. The full UK comparison shows 15 providers.
Frequently asked questions
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page is in GBP and excludes VAT. VAT appears as its own line on a quote and an invoice.
Do credits expire?
Credit pack credits never expire and survive cancellation. The subscription's 2,000 records a month are used or lost each month: they do not roll over. The 100 free credits never expire.
Can I cancel, and is there a notice period?
The subscription is a 12-month contract that our team sets up with you; it is not bought in the app. At the end of the 12 months it renews for a further 12 months unless you or we give written notice at least 30 days before the end, and we email your account's owner at least 60 days before the end with the price for the renewal. A credit pack or a purchase at the scale is a single purchase with nothing to cancel.
Why would I buy the credit pack for a smaller list?
From 4,997 records, £1,249 for a credit pack of 40,000 credits costs less than buying the records at the scale, and the credits you do not use stay in your balance and never expire. A quote compares the two and leads with the cheaper.
What happens if emails bounce?
Today, records are replaced when hard bounces exceed 10 percent of an order. A stricter policy, replacing any hard bounce within 30 days, is proposed and is not current. The terms are below.
Do agents pay a different price?
No. Agents spend the same credits at the same price, and every spend needs a quote_id plus a human's confirmation.
